Can I return or replace my product(s)?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if the product is unused and in original condition. For sanitary purposes, once the product has been used, we cannot accept returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images, but because each product is handmade, slight variations in texture, shape, or surface detail may occur. These characteristics do not affect the function or integrity of each piece.
If the product(s) arrived damaged, not at fault of the customer, we would be happy to accommodate a return or a replacement. Please contact us with photos of the damage within 14 days of delivery.
If a product(s) has arrived intact, it can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery as long as it has not been used or damaged by the customer. If you’d like to initiate a return, please contact us and we will provide a return shipping address and detailed instructions.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping for the return and returning the item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery. Once the item(s) have been returned and inspected, your refund will be reinstated to your original payment method, or your replacement will be shipped to your address on the order.

Returns will not be accepted if they have not been shipped out for return within 30 days of initial delivery.
Due to sanitary reasons, once The Smokable Sculpture has been used, it cannot be returned, even if the order is within the 30 day return window. Any products used for food or drink (such as shot glasses, cups, or trays) may not be returned once used due to sanitary reasons. Returns may be denied if the product shows signs of wear or use.
We recommend inspecting your product(s) upon delivery and deciding if you’d like to keep the item(s) before using it for eating, drinking, or smoking to ensure it is viable for return if you choose to return your product(s).
Due to the nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns for custom orders placed unless the product(s) arrived damaged.
Final Sale Items: Any products marked as Final Sale are considered final at the time of checkout. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or replacement unless they arrive damaged. If a Final Sale item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage within 14 days of delivery.

All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment via major credit cards and other secure payment gateways as listed at checkout. Applicable sales tax may be charged depending on your location.

Orders are shipped from our studio in Chicago, IL. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Saxon Stone is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Modifications & Cancellations

Modifications:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If it has not yet been shipped, contact us to see if any modifications can be made, but it is not guaranteed.
Custom Orders:
For custom orders, if you’d like to make changes to your order, we can likely accommodate edits to your request as long as the project has not yet begun. Please contact us to see if any modifications can be made, but it is not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy:
If you’d like to cancel your order and are within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible to see if your order can be canceled. Please include your order number so we can quickly locate your purchase.
After 24 hours of placing your order, or if the order has already been packed or shipped, an order cannot be canceled. In that case, we suggest you initiate a return once the item is delivered, if it is eligible for return.
Custom Orders:
The same applies for custom orders. However, you may attempt to cancel your custom order if 24 hours have passed since you placed your order, since the project may not have begun yet.
However, if your custom product(s) has already been initiated, or the concrete has been poured, it cannot be canceled, even if the order is not yet packaged or has not yet shipped.
